To be successful in hiring, it's crucial to understand the psychology of the business owner.

This is equally important during the negotiation phase when starting a new job.

It's not easy and requires significant effort. It's a mature stance that needs to be cultivated.

Don't position yourself against the owner; this is neither a duel nor a war.
The entrepreneur least wants to be a 'cash dispenser.' They take risks and want to assess these risks.
They need time, and they need help in making a decision.

Tough negotiations about the terms of joining a company are pointless. They shouldn't even be started.

'Get inside' the owner's head and try to see the world through their eyes.
Such an approach will help build trust and simplify the decision-making process.

The entrepreneur wants to see you not as a competitor, but as a partner, ready to assist and support.
Give them time and space to make a considered decision, demonstrating your readiness for collaboration and compromise.

Your understanding and support will help the owner see you as a valuable employee and ally, which will increase the chances of successful long-term cooperation.
